HipMonsters.com was started in 2008 to promote indie artists and San Francisco restaurants and support the community we loved.
The site is an entertainment and tutorial website focusing on woodcraft and robotics its audience is eight and above and most of the work was created by kids. Inspired by the wood write shop, girl genius, and myth busters the site hopes to engage others to enjoy making as much as the team does. The photos art and writing are all shared across the whole hip monsters team including the youngest age seven. The theme of work varies and follows the girl’s passions rather than a set of genes.
